School Based Programs

The Solving the Jigsaw school based programs are long term classroom/group programs with children in a classroom setting and are delivered by a trained facilitator.  The programs are integrated into the school curriculum, school welfare support capacity and school policy.
School based programs include:

  • 20-40 week classroom programs at primary and secondary levels (20 week topics)
  • 20-40 week targeted therapeutic groups for at risk students
  • A comprehensive primary to secondary school transition program
  • Linked parenting programs

This unique best practice program seeks to change the 'culture of violence' and build a 'culture of well being'.

There are two options for school communities interested in running a Solving the Jigsaw program:

  1. Make a request to the Solving the Jigsaw team for a trained and accredited Solving the Jigsaw facilitator to provide the program in your school.  Please email the program coordinator or complete the application form below.
